Occupational Health and Safety & Environment & Energy Policy

  • To take measures to reduce all solid, liquid and gaseous wastes generated during production, and to dispose of the resulting wastes in accordance with the law and in a way that does not harm the environment,
  • To organize all occupational health and safety activities necessary to protect the health and safety of employees, all visitors and subcontracted employees,
  • To provide appropriate conditions to prevent work accidents by identifying all health and safety risks that may arise during work activities,
  • Reducing energy losses by keeping energy consumption under control,
  • To carry out the necessary training activities to minimize errors by establishing awareness of sustainable Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy efficiency with the participation of all our employees,
  • Working in full compliance with legal regulations and conditions

Social Compliance Policy

1. Working Conditions and Workforce Requirements:

Our organization meticulously fulfills the rights and obligations defined by national laws in accordance with ILO basic workforce requirements. In this context, our main objective is to ensure a sustainable and ethical work environment by respecting workers' rights.

2. Child Labour and Young Workers:
  • Our organization prohibits the worst forms of child labour and has a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.
  • We do not employ workers under the age of 15 or below the minimum age specified in national or local laws and regulations (whichever is higher).
  • No one under the age of 18 shall be employed in hazardous or strenuous work except for educational purposes within the framework of national laws and regulations.
3. Elimination of Forced and Compulsory Labour:
  • Our organization eliminates all forms of forced and compulsory labour.
  • Employment relationships are based on voluntariness and are carried out with mutual consent between employees.
  • Practices indicating forced or compulsory labour, including the following, are never implemented:
    • Physical or sexual violence;
    • Forced labour;
    • Deduction of wages or demanding a deposit to start work;
    • Restriction of mobility or freedom;
    • Confiscation of passports and identity documents;
    • Threats of reporting to authorities, etc.
4. Prevention of Discrimination:
  • Our organization has zero tolerance for employment and occupational discrimination.
  • We ensure an equitable working environment by eliminating all forms of discriminatory employment practices.
5. Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining:
  • Our organization respects the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining of workers.
  • Workers may form or join workers’ organizations of their own choosing.
  • Our organization respects the freedom of association of workers and the right of workers’ organizations to establish their own bylaws and rules.
  • Workers shall not be discriminated against or punished for joining or not joining workers’ organizations.
  • We negotiate in good faith with legally established workers’ organizations or elected representatives and make every effort to reach a collective bargaining agreement.
  • Existing collective bargaining agreements are fully implemented.
